Terms of Service

These terms explain how PicStur works as a digital-only market for templates, album designs, video assets, graphics, plugins, software tools, and other downloadable creative products.

1. Introduction and acceptance

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of PicStur, including the website, market, account features, product pages, downloads, vendor tools, support features, and any related digital product services provided through PicStur.

By visiting PicStur, creating an account, purchasing a product, downloading a product, submitting a vendor application, uploading a product, or using any market feature, you agree to these terms.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use PicStur. If you have already placed an order and need help, you may contact support through the help or contact pages available on the website.

2. About PicStur

PicStur is a digital market for creative products. Users can browse, purchase, and download digital files such as wedding album PSD templates, album cover designs, video templates, graphics, creative assets, plugins, software tools, and other downloadable resources.

PicStur is designed for photographers, designers, video editors, studios, creators, freelancers, and businesses that need digital creative assets for professional or personal creative work.

PicStur does not sell or ship physical goods. There is no physical delivery, courier service, shipping address requirement, cash on delivery process, or physical product return process for market products.

3. Digital-only nature of products

All products on PicStur are digital products unless a product page clearly states otherwise. The customer receives online access, a downloadable file, a plugin package, an installer, a design template, or another digital file format.

Examples of digital files may include PSD, ZIP, RAR, PNG, JPG, PDF, project files, presets, templates, documents, plugin folders, installers, or software-related files.

Because the products are digital, the customer should carefully review the product title, preview image, description, compatibility, license type, file format, included files, and requirements before purchase.

4. User eligibility

You should use PicStur only if you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.

If you use PicStur on behalf of a studio, business, agency, company, or other organization, you confirm that you have permission to act on behalf of that organization.

You agree not to use PicStur for unlawful, misleading, fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity.

5. User accounts and login

Some PicStur features require a user account, including purchases, downloads, order history, wishlist, support requests, vendor applications, plugin access, and account-based product access.

You are responsible for keeping your login information secure. You should not share your account access, login session, download links, or purchased files in a way that violates product licenses.

You must provide accurate account information, including a valid email address. Order access, download history, invoices, support responses, and plugin access may depend on the account used during purchase.

PicStur may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that provide false information, misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, violate licenses, abuse payments, or create risk for buyers, vendors, payment providers, or PicStur.

6. Product listings and product information

Each product listing may include a product title, thumbnail image, preview image, price, category, subcategory, short description, detailed description, tags, features, compatibility information, license type, requirements, and download details.

PicStur aims to show product information clearly so that customers can understand what they are buying before purchase or download.

Customers should open the product detail page and review the full information before purchasing. A product card or homepage preview may show only limited information, while the product detail page may contain fuller details.

Product previews are for understanding the design, style, look, workflow, or product type. The final downloadable file may differ in format depending on what the product listing says.

7. Product compatibility and requirements

Some products require specific software, devices, file extractors, operating systems, or technical knowledge. For example, PSD templates may require Adobe Photoshop or compatible software, and Premiere Pro plugins may require a supported Adobe Premiere Pro setup.

Customers are responsible for checking compatibility before purchase. PicStur is not responsible if a customer buys a product without having the software or system needed to use it, where those requirements are disclosed or reasonably expected from the product type.

If a product has installation steps, extraction steps, plugin setup steps, or account login steps, the customer should follow the instructions provided with the product, on the product page, or in the help section.

8. Pricing and product types

Product prices are displayed on the website in Indian Rupees unless otherwise stated. Some products may be free, while paid products require successful payment before download access is provided.

A product may be listed as free, paid, subscription-based, lifetime access, limited-time offer, or another access type depending on the product and the market feature.

Prices may change from time to time. The price visible at the time of checkout is the applicable price for that transaction, unless there is a technical error, payment failure, or listing mistake that requires correction.

9. Payments and payment gateways

Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateway providers. These providers may support methods such as UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, or other payment options depending on availability and approval.

PicStur does not store full card numbers, UPI credentials, net banking passwords, OTPs, CVV numbers, or other sensitive payment credentials on its own servers.

A payment is considered successful only after the payment gateway confirms the payment and PicStur verifies the transaction. If payment verification fails, download access may not be created automatically.

Payment gateway availability may depend on provider approvals, banking partner rules, risk checks, account status, technical availability, and compliance requirements.

10. Failed, pending, or disputed payments

If a payment fails, is cancelled, remains pending, or is not verified by the payment provider, the order may not be created or download access may not be granted.

If money is debited but the order is not created, the customer should contact support with payment proof, transaction reference, account email, product name, date, and screenshot.

Chargebacks, disputes, unauthorized payment claims, or payment reversals may result in temporary or permanent restriction of product access until the issue is resolved.

PicStur may cooperate with payment providers, banks, and legal authorities when investigating payment fraud, unauthorized payments, or abusive dispute behavior.

11. Digital delivery and download access

After a valid purchase or free checkout, the product is delivered digitally through the user account, order page, download area, product access page, email flow, or plugin dashboard where applicable.

Download links may be generated only for the buyer account and may include security controls. Links may expire, be limited, or be regenerated to protect digital files.

Some files may be stored in secure cloud storage. Cloud storage is used to deliver files safely and does not mean that the file is publicly available to everyone.

Customers should download and safely store purchased files. PicStur may provide re-download access where technically and commercially reasonable, but continuous file availability is subject to storage, vendor status, product status, platform policy, and legal requirements.

12. Free products

Some products may be offered free of charge. Free products may still require login so that download records, license usage, and market security can be maintained.

A free product is still protected by its license. Customers must not resell, redistribute, claim ownership of, or upload free PicStur products to another market unless the product license clearly allows it.

PicStur may remove, change, limit, or discontinue free products at any time.

13. Plugin and software tool access

Some PicStur products may be plugins, installers, software tools, extension packages, or workflow utilities for creative software such as Adobe Premiere Pro.

Plugin or software access may require account login, activation, device management, subscription status, lifetime entitlement, or support verification depending on the product.

Customers must install plugins only from official PicStur downloads or approved product packages. PicStur is not responsible for modified, reuploaded, cracked, pirated, or third-party copies of plugin files.

Plugin features may depend on the user system, host software version, operating system, permissions, active subscription, and correct installation.

14. License and permitted use

Buying or downloading a product gives the user a license to use the digital file under the license type shown on the product listing. It does not transfer ownership of the original intellectual property unless the product page clearly says otherwise.

A personal license generally allows use for personal, learning, portfolio, or client project work as described by the product page. Commercial use may depend on the license and product description.

A commercial license, if offered, may allow broader use in client or business projects but still does not allow resale, redistribution, sublicensing, market reupload, or selling the original files as a competing product unless specifically permitted.

Users must follow the specific license attached to each product. If the product page and these terms conflict, the stricter license rule may apply for that product.

15. Restrictions on purchased files

Users must not resell, redistribute, leak, share, publish, upload, sublicense, or claim PicStur products as their own original market products.

Users must not remove creator credits, license information, watermarks, security checks, digital rights notices, product restrictions, activation checks, or support information where such notices are included.

Users must not use purchased products for illegal, harmful, defamatory, infringing, deceptive, hateful, adult, gambling, betting, financial fraud, or prohibited activities.

16. Refund policy and support review

Because PicStur sells downloadable digital products, refunds are handled differently from physical goods. Once a digital file is accessed or downloaded, refunds may be limited.

Support can review cases where a paid product is missing, corrupted, inaccessible after successful payment, materially different from the approved listing, or affected by a technical delivery issue caused by the platform.

Refund requests based only on change of mind, wrong purchase, lack of compatible software, misunderstanding of clearly shown product details, or failure to read requirements may not qualify for refund relief.

Any refund, replacement, re-download, support credit, or access correction is subject to review of payment status, order records, listing details, download history, product access logs, vendor response, and platform policies.

17. Support process

Customers can contact PicStur through the help, support, or contact pages linked on the website. A useful support request should include the account email, order reference, product name, payment reference, screenshot, device details if relevant, and a clear explanation of the issue.

Support may ask for additional information to verify an order, troubleshoot a download, check a plugin activation, confirm payment status, or review a product issue.

Support timelines may vary depending on issue complexity, payment gateway response, vendor response, storage provider response, and verification requirements.

18. Vendor and creator eligibility

Vendors and creators may apply to sell products on PicStur. Approval is not automatic and may depend on business information, profile details, category fit, product quality, compliance checks, and market requirements.

Vendors must provide accurate business, contact, profile, and payout information where required. PicStur may request additional verification before approving or continuing vendor access.

PicStur may reject, pause, or remove vendor access if the vendor provides false information, uploads prohibited products, violates intellectual property rights, misleads buyers, creates payment risk, or violates platform rules.

19. Vendor product responsibility

Vendors and creators must upload only products they own, have created, or have proper rights to sell. They are responsible for accurate product titles, descriptions, images, categories, prices, licenses, and included file details.

Vendors must ensure that files are complete, safe, functional, reasonably described, and free from malware, hidden harmful code, misleading content, or unauthorized third-party material.

Vendors must not use misleading thumbnails, false claims, fake previews, copied product descriptions, unauthorized brand names, copyrighted material without permission, or content that violates law or platform policy.

20. Vendor payouts and market fees

Vendor payouts, commissions, market fees, taxes, payment gateway deductions, settlement timing, and payout eligibility may depend on PicStur policies, payment provider rules, vendor verification, order status, refund status, and applicable law.

PicStur may hold, delay, adjust, or reverse payouts where there are refunds, chargebacks, disputes, fraud concerns, policy violations, legal issues, or missing vendor information.

If vendor payout features are not active for a particular vendor, region, or payment provider, PicStur may limit sales, payouts, or settlement features until the required setup is complete.

21. Prohibited products and services

PicStur must not be used to sell or promote gambling, betting, lottery, adult content, illegal goods, weapons, drugs, counterfeit products, financial investment schemes, lending services, crypto products, fake government documents, stolen data, hacking tools, or any other restricted activity.

Creators must not upload harmful files, malware, phishing material, spyware, pirated software, cracked plugins, keygens, unauthorized license bypass tools, or files designed to damage systems or bypass paid access.

Products that appear legal in one context may still be removed if they create payment compliance risk, intellectual property risk, user safety risk, or market trust risk.

22. Prohibited user behavior

Users must not use PicStur for fraud, unauthorized payments, chargeback abuse, account sharing for unauthorized access, scraping, hacking, spam, harassment, malware distribution, or attempts to bypass download protection.

Users must not attempt to access another user account, vendor dashboard, admin area, private file, storage bucket, API, payment data, or protected system without permission.

Users must not overload, damage, reverse engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the website, APIs, payment flow, download system, authentication system, or cloud storage delivery.

23. Intellectual property

PicStur branding, website design, platform content, market structure, logos, graphics, text, software, and related materials may be protected by intellectual property laws.

Product creators retain their rights in uploaded products unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. Buyers receive only the license rights described on the product page and in these terms.

If you believe a product infringes your copyright, trademark, design, or other intellectual property rights, contact support with ownership proof, product link, and a clear explanation so PicStur can review the issue.

24. Takedowns and content review

PicStur may review, reject, hide, remove, disable, or restrict listings that appear misleading, incomplete, unsafe, infringing, prohibited, low quality, duplicate, risky, or inconsistent with market standards.

PicStur may also remove or restrict content in response to legal notices, payment provider requirements, copyright complaints, government requests, user safety concerns, or platform policy violations.

Removal of a listing does not automatically create a refund or payout obligation. Refund, access, or payout handling depends on the facts of the order, listing, payment, download, and policy issue.

25. Reviews, ratings, and user content

Users may be able to submit reviews, ratings, comments, support messages, profile information, or other content. Such content must be truthful, relevant, lawful, and respectful.

Users must not post fake reviews, abusive comments, spam, private information, misleading claims, or content that violates another person rights.

PicStur may moderate, remove, or restrict user content that violates these terms or creates market risk.

26. Privacy and data use

PicStur may collect and process account data, order data, download activity, payment verification data, support data, vendor data, and technical information needed to operate the market.

Payment credentials are handled by payment gateway providers. PicStur may store payment references, order IDs, transaction status, and related verification data, but not full sensitive payment credentials.

For more details about personal data, users should read the Privacy Policy available on the website.

27. Security and platform protection

PicStur may use authentication, access controls, download limits, signed URLs, logging, fraud checks, device checks, and other technical measures to protect users, vendors, files, and market operations.

Users must not attempt to bypass or disable security features, file protection, plugin activation, account checks, or payment verification.

Any suspected security issue should be reported responsibly to PicStur support instead of being publicly exploited or misused.

28. Third-party services

PicStur may use third-party services for hosting, cloud storage, payment processing, authentication, analytics, email, support, and other operational needs.

Third-party services may have their own terms, privacy policies, availability limits, compliance requirements, and service conditions.

PicStur is not responsible for outages, restrictions, approvals, delays, or failures caused by third-party providers, but PicStur may try to help users where the issue affects an order or account.

29. Availability and changes to the service

PicStur aims to keep the market available, but service may be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades, deployments, hosting issues, payment gateway issues, storage issues, security events, or other reasons.

PicStur may add, remove, update, rename, redesign, or discontinue features, categories, product types, pricing displays, vendor tools, payment methods, or download flows.

PicStur may also update product visibility, search ranking, category placement, homepage placement, and catalog design to improve market quality and user experience.

30. Limitation of liability

PicStur provides a market and digital delivery platform. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PicStur is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform or digital products.

PicStur does not guarantee that every product will meet every customer expectation, creative style preference, software setup, or business outcome. Customers should review product information before purchase.

PicStur liability for a specific order, if any, may be limited to the amount paid for that specific product, subject to applicable law and platform policy.

31. Indemnity

Users and vendors agree to be responsible for claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses caused by their misuse of PicStur, violation of these terms, violation of licenses, infringement of third-party rights, or unlawful activity.

Vendors are responsible for claims related to products they upload, including intellectual property claims, misleading listing claims, harmful file claims, and customer disputes caused by inaccurate product information.

32. Governing law and disputes

These terms are intended to be governed by the laws applicable in India, unless a mandatory law requires otherwise.

Users should first contact PicStur support for any account, payment, download, product, or vendor issue so that the matter can be reviewed and resolved where possible.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through support, the parties may use the dispute resolution process available under applicable law.

33. Updates to these terms

PicStur may update these terms when the market, legal requirements, payment provider rules, product categories, vendor features, download systems, or platform features change.

Updated terms will be published on this page. The latest version of the page will apply to continued use of PicStur after the update.

Users are encouraged to review this page periodically, especially before making purchases, uploading products, or using vendor features.

34. Contact and support

Users can contact PicStur through the support, help, or contact pages linked on the website footer.

For order support, include your account email, order reference, product name, payment reference, screenshots, and a clear explanation of the issue.

For vendor support, include your registered email, vendor profile details, product link if applicable, and the exact issue you want PicStur to review.
