License Agreement

This License Agreement applies to digital products purchased or downloaded from PicStur, including PSD templates, album designs, video templates, graphics, creative assets, plugins, software tools, and other digital files.

A purchase or free download gives the customer a limited license to use the product according to the license type shown on the product page and these license terms.

A license is permission to use the file. It is not a transfer of ownership unless the product page or a separate written agreement clearly states otherwise.

License rights may differ from product to product. Customers should always check the product detail page before purchase or download.

A product page may show license type, usage limits, compatibility, included files, restrictions, and special notes from the creator.

If a product page includes stricter license rules than this general agreement, the stricter rule applies to that product.

Creators, vendors, or right holders retain ownership of the original product files, designs, source files, templates, artwork, code, plugin files, and intellectual property.

Customers receive usage rights only. They do not receive copyright ownership, trademark ownership, source ownership, or resale ownership by purchasing or downloading a product.

PicStur platform branding, website design, logos, and market materials are also protected and may not be copied or reused without permission.

A personal license generally allows the customer to use the product for personal projects, learning, portfolio work, non-commercial creative work, or limited client presentation depending on the product page.

Personal license products should not be used for mass commercial distribution, resale, paid template libraries, stock markets, or product bundles unless the product page clearly allows it.

If you are unsure whether your project is personal or commercial, contact support before using the product in a paid or business context.

A commercial license, when available, may allow use of the product in paid client work, business projects, monetized content, marketing material, or professional creative output.

Commercial use still does not allow resale of the original file, redistribution of source files, sublicensing, market reupload, or selling the product as a competing digital asset.

Commercial license rights depend on the product page. Some products may require an extended license for high-volume or broader usage.

An extended license, if offered, may provide broader rights than a standard personal or commercial license.

Extended rights may include higher usage volume, broader client usage, more team access, or other permissions stated on the product page.

Even with an extended license, customers may not claim ownership of the original product, resell the original source files, or upload the same product to another market unless specifically allowed.

Free products are still protected by license terms. Free does not mean copyright-free or ownership-free.

Customers may use free products according to the license shown on the product page, but may not resell, redistribute, upload, leak, or claim the original files as their own market product.

PicStur may remove, limit, or change free product availability at any time.

Templates such as PSD files, album covers, graphics, and design assets may be edited for permitted personal or client projects under the applicable license.

Customers may generally customize text, images, colors, layout, and other editable elements for their own permitted output.

Customers may not sell the editable source template itself, upload the original file to another website, or create a competing template product from the original file unless the license clearly allows it.

Video templates, overlays, presets, graphics, and creative assets may be used in permitted projects according to the license type.

Customers are responsible for using compatible software and following any instructions included with the product.

Redistributing the original project files, layered files, presets, or asset packs is not allowed unless specifically permitted.

Plugins, installers, software tools, and workflow utilities are licensed for use by the purchaser or authorized account according to the plan, product page, activation rules, and account access terms.

Plugin access may require account login, activation, subscription status, device management, or license verification.

Customers must not crack, modify, reverse engineer, bypass activation, share license access, redistribute installer files, or publish unauthorized copies of plugin or software products.

Where allowed by the license, customers may use a product to create final work for a client, such as an album design, edited video, graphic output, presentation, or finished creative deliverable.

The client may receive the final output, but the customer should not provide the editable source files unless the license allows source transfer.

If the client needs ownership of source files, templates, or reusable assets, the customer should confirm license rights before delivery.

If a product is purchased by a studio, agency, company, or team, usage may be limited to the account, person, seat, or team scope described on the product page.

Sharing files across a large team, multiple branches, resale network, or external contractor group may require a commercial or extended license where available.

Account sharing or sharing paid download links to avoid proper licensing is not allowed.

Customers must not resell, redistribute, leak, share, publish, sublicense, upload, or claim PicStur products as their own original market products.

Customers must not use products for illegal, adult, gambling, betting, financial fraud, crypto scam, hateful, defamatory, infringing, harmful, deceptive, or prohibited content.

Customers must not remove watermarks, creator credits, license notes, activation checks, or security features where included.

Selling the original file, source file, editable file, plugin package, installer, template pack, or asset pack as a separate product is not allowed.

Uploading PicStur products to other markets, file-sharing websites, public drives, social media groups, or private resale channels is not allowed.

Giving the original file to another person so they can use it without buying or downloading it properly is not allowed.

Editing a template, changing colors, replacing images, renaming layers, modifying code, or combining a product with other assets does not make the original product fully owned by the customer.

The customer may own their final creative output only to the extent allowed by the license and applicable law.

The original PicStur product, creator design, template structure, source file, or plugin code remains protected.

If a customer or third party believes a product violates copyright, trademark, design, or other intellectual property rights, they may report it through the DMCA and Copyright page or support channel.

PicStur may review, hide, remove, or restrict products that appear infringing or risky.

Vendors are responsible for ensuring they have proper rights to upload and sell their products.

License violations may result in account restriction, download access removal, vendor action, product removal, payment dispute response, or legal action where appropriate.

Examples include reselling source files, uploading products to another market, sharing paid files publicly, bypassing plugin activation, or using products for prohibited activities.

PicStur may preserve account, order, download, and access records to investigate license violations.

If a purchase is refunded, reversed, charged back, disputed successfully, or cancelled due to policy violation, the customer license for that product may end.

After license termination, the customer must stop using the product and delete downloaded source files where required.

Refund approval does not allow the customer to continue using the product unless PicStur provides written permission.

PicStur products are creative and digital tools. They may help with design, editing, presentation, workflow, or production, but they do not guarantee business success, client approval, platform approval, revenue, or specific creative results.

Customers are responsible for final review, customization, export settings, printing requirements, client requirements, legal compliance, and final project delivery.

PicStur and creators are not responsible for misuse, unsupported software, incorrect editing, improper printing, or external platform rejection unless caused by a verified product defect.

If usage rights are unclear, customers should contact PicStur support before using the product in a commercial, resale, client-transfer, high-volume, or public distribution context.

Support requests should include the product link, intended use, license shown on the listing, and any client or commercial requirement.

PicStur may update this License Agreement as product types, market features, creator requirements, or legal requirements change.
